My Journey to Yoga
I've practiced yoga since the age of 17 and it's been a constant throughout my adult life.
I believe in a gentle approach to yoga, taking time to be in the moment and mindfully reach your potential through movement, breath and meditation.
I trained with the Sam Rao Teacher Training School and believe passionately in a whole mind and body approach to wellness.
I'm registered with the Yoga Alliance Professionals and I teach Hatha yoga with some vinyasa flow, placing emphasis on correct alignment to avoid injury.
I have also trained in the beautiful practice of Yin yoga.
I believe that yoga can have positive impact on everyones life no matter your age, fitness or flexibility.
