The benefits of undertaking a regular yoga practice if you are a keen walker are  fabulous. All those "typical" aches can help to be alleviated with regular Yoga. Tight hamstrings and calves, sore shoulders from carrying your ruc sac, releasing muscle tension, improving balance and core strength are all great reasons to practice.
