Our beginners classes are held in our new studio in Fleet. The classes are for small groups of no more than 6 students.
Lou will guide you through a series of yoga moves designed to bring you gently into a comfortable yoga practice to help relieve any aches and pains from your hectic day to day lives.
The yoga is suitable for all age groups and emphasis is placed on making sure that each student progresses at their own pace and to their own ability.
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at LOULOU YOGA coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
